Through a design-driven, interdisciplinary, and high-altitude perspective, I help ministries and mission-driven organizations clarify their core thesis, craft a compelling strategic narrative, and design the ventures, programs, offerings, and ecosystems capable of driving meaningful impact. My advisory work is most useful at moments of urgency, opportunity, or transition, when the stakes are high, the category remains undefined, and the path forward must be built along the way.

My perspective is shaped by 20 years of leadership across global nonprofits, social entrepreneurship, church planting, and collective impact. I draw from theology, sociology, organizational design, leadership, innovation, and ecosystem theory, grounded in field experience across more than 65 countries.
